Okay so he has this ratty old blanket that he pulls into his bed and just like, kneads it with his paws until he calms down, which honestly feels very real to me as a coping mechanism. And yeah he paces but also he'll just come sit on my feet and lean his whole body weight against my legs like he's trying to absorb my stability or something.
