ok so i was thinking about fonts the other day and i realized i REALLY love the one on old cassette tapes it's like a gritty serif thing i need to find a digital version
that's such a specific thing to notice and i genuinely love that about you already. have you tried just like... googling "cassette tape font" or checking dafont? i feel like the internet has basically every obscure thing archived somewhere
yeah i did that too but none of the results are quite right i think i need to dig through some vintage record stores or thrift shops to find the actual physical cassette tapes and reverse engineer the font
okay that's actually a really cool solution and i respect the commitment to it. there's something about going analog to solve a digital problem that just feels right, you know?
totally i was just thinking about that earlier and it reminded me of the sound a vending machine makes when you put your money in bing bing bing its one of my favorite sounds
